What are your lobby hours?

Our property is not a 24-hour hotel. The lobby is open from 8:00am - 4:00pm. If you find yourself coming in later, our staff can provide you with additional information to process a remote check-in. Please call us at (951)-795-1000 before 4:00pm to initiate this process.  

What are the room and package rates? 

Room rates vary by availability and time of year. Please call or visit our website for the most accurate estimate of your booking. Our general weekday rates from Monday - Thursday range from $299 per night. Weekend rates Friday - Saturday range from $515 per night. Sunday rates are $330 per night. Please note that weekend reservations require a 2-night minimum stay Friday through Sunday. For a list of our newest specials and packages please click here.

Are all the villas the same? 

Villas 1-5 boast a large living space, king-size bed, Nespresso coffee bar, private patio with firepit overlooking the vineyards, indoor and outdoor showers, and Smart 4K TVs.

Villa 1 is wheelchair/ADA accessible that replaces a soaking tub for a larger shower. 

How many people can fit in each villa? 

Up to (4) adult guests in the following Villas: Rustic Luxe, Modern Romance, Endless Love. Up to (2) adult guests in Villas: Contemporary Elegance, Vintage Glam.

There is an overnight guest fee in the amount of $85.00 per additional guest that will be applied to villas with more than 2 adult guests. The property is exclusively available for registered hotel guests.

When is the best time to come? 

Our 5-acre property boasts an expansive vineyard surrounding the entire property. Our Malbec grapes are grown in the spring and harvested in the fall. You'll be able to enjoy our lush atmosphere year-round with stunning views of the wine country.  

Is there a pool on the property? 

Yes, there is! It is a plunge pool that accommodates 10-12 people to relax with amazing views of our vineyard. It features spa jets for ultimate relaxation. The pool is also ADA accessible.

Is the pool open to the public?

No. The property and its facilities are only open to registered hotel guests to access and use. The pool is open all year with hours from 8:00am - 8:00pm. 

Is there a fitness center available?

No. There is no fitness center on site, however, we offer rejuvenating wellness packages for you to experience! We offer yoga sessions available to our hotel guests hosted in our rose garden. 

Are children welcome? 

No. Guests must be 21+ or 18+ accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 25

Are pets allowed?

No. However, service animals are allowed after proper documentation is provided. You must call ahead prior to your reservation or booking to confirm this arrangement.  

What is your smoking policy? 

We are a non-smoking & non-vaping property. The use of cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, marijuana, medical marijuana, and similar devices are prohibited at The New Inn. Guests are allowed to smoke at street level, away from building and driveway entrances. 

What is your deposit policy?​ 

We require all guests to place a 1-night stay deposit at the time of your booking. This deposit will go towards the remaining balance of your stay.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations cancelled within the 7 days of your check-in will be billed the full balance of a 1-night stay. Modifications or changes to your reservation dates can no longer made at that time. The deposit is also non-transferable or refundable once inside the 7-day cancellation period window.  

Do you offer Military, Veteran, or First Responders' Discounts? 

We do! Military, Veteran, and First Responders receive a 10% discount off their room rate. Please call after making your reservation and our front desk will happily apply this to your reservation. Proper identification will be required on the day of your check-in. 

Is there a Resort Fee? 

Yes. There is a 2% Resort Fee added to your total bill. This fee goes toward parking, Wi-Fi, streaming services, and other amenities that enrich your stay with us. 

Is there a minimum stay requirement? 

Monday - Thursday do not have minimum requirements to book. Friday - Sunday, we do require a minimum 2-night stay when creating a booking.                 *Subject to change at any time 

What kinds of events are guests allowed to host? 

We would love to have The New Inn serve as a place to host your special occasions. We offer Proposal packages and Bridal packages for those celebrating their big day. For special events such as birthday parties and rehearsal dinners, we require all participants be registered hotel guests. Please call us at (951)-795-1000 to book a package and for further inquiries regarding your special events' needs. 

Can I take wedding or special occasion photos at The New Inn?

Yes! Third-party photographers and vendors not staying at the hotel must provide proof of Liability insurance as well as signing our Liability agreement form. Please email us at team@thenewinn.com or call us at (951)-795-1000. Please have your name, reservation date, and vendor contact info ready. 

Do you have quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 9:00pm - 7:00am.

What time is check-in and check-out? 

Check-in is generally at 3:00pm. However, we can text and/or call you if your villa is ready early. Check-out is at 11:00am, and 10:00am for our Airbnb guests. 

Is there a parking fee? 

All villas receive a complimentary parking space for one vehicle. Additional vehicles will be $10.00 for each new vehicle. 

What kinds of vehicles can park on property? 

Due to the limited size of our parking lot, we can only accommodate standard vehicles or trucks for personal use. Motorcycles are also welcome. Oversized vehicles such as RVs and buses are unable to fit in our lot.   

Is laundry service offered?

No. However, guests are provided with laundry bags inside each villa. Additional bags are available upon request

What is your Guest Villa Lounge? 

Our Guest Villa Lounge is a small gathering located at the Guest Entrance of the hotel. There you'll find a toaster oven, microwave, and a cold/hot water & ice dispenser for your convenience! Tea bags, sugars, creamers, and additional dishware are also provided.
