Hotel Policies
The New Inn is an Adult-Exclusive property. The entire property is nonsmoking, violation of this policy may result in a fine up to $250.00.
Quiet Hours: 9:00pm-7:00am; Please be mindful of other guests. Noise complaint violations may result in a fee of $150.00 that will be directly applied to your invoice and in some cases removal from the property.
Additional Overnight Guest Fee: There is an overnight guest fee in the amount of $85.00 per additional guest that will be applied to villas with 2 or more guests. The property is exclusively available for registered hotel guests.

Check-in/Checkout Time: Our check-in time is 3:00pm-4:00pm daily unless specified by a member of The New Inn team. Our checkout time is 11:00am daily. 12:00pm extended checkout time is available for an additional $85.00 fee. This must be confirmed with the hotel prior to check-in. *Airbnb Guests: Checkout time is 10:00am daily due to Airbnb Policies.
Pet Policy: The New Inn does not allow pets on property.
Guest Pool: Pool Key incurs a $25 FEE for loss or replacement. Guest responsible for returning to the wet bar tray of villa. The pool will be available from the hours of 8am-8pm daily. *Subject to change at any time by the owner’s discretion. The pool is exclusively available to hotel registered guests. Any non-registered guests will be asked to leave the premises. Glass is not permitted to be used in the pool or in the pool lounge area. Please Note: There is no lifeguard on duty.
Stains: To avoid additional charges to your account, your villa is equipped with paper towels to clean any accidental spills that may occur. The bathroom is also stocked with makeup wipes and towels specifically for makeup removal. For larger accidents please let a team member know so the stain can be treated as quickly as possible.
Parking Liability: Only vehicles with designated placards are accepted for parking in the upper lot. The placard holder agrees that the New Inn property (hereinafter “Owner and Operator”) are not responsible for any loss or damage to the placard holder’s vehicle or its contents while parked in this facility. Owner and Operator are not responsible for fire, theft, vandalism, flood, or acts of third parties. Placard holder must inspect vehicle upon retrieval and hereby releases The New Inn from all claims for damage not reported to Owner and/or Operator prior to leaving the facility. No agent of Owner and Operator may alter its liability. Acceptance of this placard constitutes an acceptance and acknowledgement of the terms and conditions contained herein.
Vendor Agreement: Any vendors hired by the hotel registered guest to perform services on the Hotel premises must sign The New Inn’s Liability Waiver and Indemnity Agreement and provide proof of insurance coverage, including general liability, and if applicable, workers’ compensation insurance prior to date of check in. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the vendor being denied access to the Hotel premises.
When placing your credit card on file to guarantee charges, please be advised your credit card will be authorized for the estimated charges during your stay.
